I'm just so used to the rigidity of Vim's windowing system. In Emacs, I'm scared of pressing a key combination that will make my window disappear into the aether. It's such a shame because I love using Lisps and would love to use TRAMP ):
Part of me wants to learn Emacs, but every time I give it a shot, the window management makes me want to cry. Where oh where do my windows go? 😢
